How quickly will my order be ready?
Depending on how quickly you provide your approval of the digital proof, your order can be ready to ship in as quickly as 8 business days. Please note this does not factor in shipping time, as that varies from location to location.
  
Can I customize the design?
Unfortunately these designs cannot be customized. They will of course be personalized and all text, including the intro text will be updated to reflect your events. Though not guaranteed, we are happy to review your requests for minor modifications (ie. remove/add text, change the order, etc.) and will accommodate wherever possible. If you would like a custom design, please send us a message!
 
Do you provide printed samples? 
Yes and no - all of our designs in their generic form are available to be ordered as a sample. Simply head over to the samples page, select the suite you're interested in and place your order. This is a great way to see what the card looks like on print, and also to see the different cardstock options, however, the sample will not be personalized with your details. 
 
Can the events be switched around?
Absolutely! While the event inserts are available as a suggestion, you will provide all of the information for each insert tailored to your specific events. For example, if you would prefer that your Mehndi event is on the 5" x 7" template, that is totally fine - you will specify all of this through the intake form.
 
Do I need to order the entire invitation suite?
Nope - you can order as many or as few of each insert as you need for your events to create your personalized invitation suite. 
 
Do you offer digital copies?
If you would like a digital copy of your design without the watermark, please add the digital option to your order. If you only want digital copies of your invitations, that's totally fine too!
